Together, we have trained over 800 Muaythai sessions at Riddlers Gym. We challenge ourselves and compete with each other. Regular training is teaching us to be disciplined, respect our trainers and training partners but most of all respect ourselves.
We set individual goals and strive to achieve them. We feel fitter and stronger with every session. We have fun and get to do it together.

How many siblings do you know that train together in 9 - 10 sessions per week, together?
What we love about these two is not only their dedication to training, but their love for it at such a young age. We believe it is so important to set up healthy foundations for life, and these two are doing just that, never complaining, only doing and enjoying all aspects of training that we have to offer. I think everyone can take a little inspiration from that.
What we also love about the Diserni siblings is that every day they walk into the gym happy to see everyone, their focus is not clouded from an overload of screen time and their ability to mix in with anyone of any age is something to be admired. What a great couple of kids brought up by a great couple of parents (that also train with us!)
