Muay Thai Coach
Darren is one of Australia's most experienced Muay Thai trainers with over 21 years experience in the sport. His passion is passing his knowledge forward to his students and teaching them what he learnt throughout his fight career. Over a decade was dedicated to being a professional Muay Thai fighter where he spent living, training and fighting in Thailand and occasionally Japan. He has been the West Australian, Australian and Oceania Champion as well as representing Australia in the World Championships several times. In 1998 he won a Gold Medal at the World Championships and was awarded best boxer of the tournament. He has also been the head coach for several IFMA World Games in Thailand. Working together with his wife Caley Reece, they have formed EPiC Fight Promotions, one of the most successful fight shows in the country. Darren is a current Level 1 Crossfit Coach and is one of our Strength and Conditioning trainers. Darren is the Australian 2016 Youth Trainer Of the Year and 2017 and 2018 Australian Trainer of the Year.
Muay Thai Coach
Dan has been around Muaythai his whole life, as well as spending many years in the army. He is one of the teams biggest assets and has competed professionally, trained in Thailand and is very active with his own training. He is one of our main trainers for our beginners and mixed level classes and is also an assistant trainer and padholder for our fight team. He is available for private lessons.
Muay Thai Coach
Barrie is one of our full time trainers, trading his plastering job in, to follow his passion. He is one of our main professional fighters with over 25 fights and holding state and national titles. He is highly approachable and loves teaching and passing on his knowledge of our sport. He is available for private lessons.
Muay Thai & Strength Coach
What's this item abouCaley has been training in Muay Thai for over 15 years and had 60 fights. She has established herself extremely well in the female fight circuit in the world. Caley has had 60 fights and holds WMC 57kg State Title, WMC 57kg Australian Title, WKA 58.9kg Australian Title, WMC Intercontinental Title x 2, 56kg WPMF World Title, 2 x WMC 57kg World Title and 58.9kg WMC World Title. In 2010 she qualified and won the Oceania Eliminator to gain her spot in the Sport Accord Games in Beijing of which she won Silver. She is ranked #1 in the world and has fought top interstate and international opponents. Caley is a current Level 1 Crossfit Coach and is one of our Strength and Conditioning trainers.
Muay Thai Assistant Coach & Kids Coach
Riley is our kids coach and assistant trainer in our beginner classes. He is also an active fighter and has travelled and fought in Thailand, gaining as much knowledge as he can. His fun personality makes for exciting classes, while still teaching very valuable lessons in Muaythai, discipline, respect and confidence.
Sim is our assistant kids instructor. She is one of our professional current fighters and holds a wealth of knowledge of our sport. She loves helping people with their training and her soft side and friendly nature make her very popular within the gym.
Luke has been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) for over ten years. A highly experienced 2nd degree Black Belt, Luke has fought and trained extensively both in Australia and South America. Representing the Academy of Mixed Martial Arts (AMMA) under Adam Metcalf, Luke has notable success in a number of State BJJ Championships over the last decade. Luke is a great instructor, with clear instructions, taking pride in making every lesson different. Our BJJ classes range from beginners to advanced. You don't have to be fit to start because the beginners class is designed to ease you into the training. The emphasis is on teaching you the correct, basic techniques that everyone can master while building your fitness at a steady rate. You are encouraged to push yourself as your fitness improves.

Eddy started his Muaythai journey with us and has been a massive part of our gym since. He is one of our current fighters and holds the WMC Pro State Title at 63.5kg. He is one of our assistant instructors and trains people one on one during the day. He holds a certificate IV in fitness so can incorporate strength and conditioning training in with Muaythai.
Assistant Kids Coach
Max is one of our assistant junior instructors. He began with us when he was 8 years old and has worked his way up to being one of the best junior fighters in the state. His caring and respectful nature is perfect to be a great role model for our children.
Assistant Kids Coach
Luke has been with us from the beginning of his Muaythai journey and has been consistently training and learning for years, so is a perfect kids assistant instructor. His dedication and application to training, health and fitness is impressive which we believe is important when teaching children about what is important in life. He is one of our current junior fighters and has completed a black level singlet within our grading system that we have for kids.
Luke began martial arts when he was 21 and has trained many different styles including boxing, Muaythai, karate and MMA.
I progressed into teaching karate and kickboxing after receiving black belt (karate) and continued training/instructing where I reached level of 3rd Dan black belt in karate.
I taught at a full time martial arts facility for 4 years before relocating to WA where I began training at Riddlers gym.
I currently teach boxing, strength and conditioning and fitness at Laceys boxing gym and love passing my knowledge onto the students at Riddlers Gym.
I have had 10 fights and been involved in martial arts for 20 years.
