Riddlers Gym’s Strength & Conditioning and HIIT classes are designed to build functional strength, endurance, and overall athletic performance. These sessions combine structured strength work with high-intensity training to improve power, conditioning, and resilience. Suitable for all levels, it’s a challenging and supportive environment to improve fitness and push your performance.

CONDITIONING
Our Strength & Conditioning classes will give you the ultimate body work out. With new up to date functional training, this class will challenge you every step of the way.
We have an indoor and outdoor, fully matted area, totally approx 200sqm. Equipment includes a full rig for squatting and body weight exercises, rowers, barbells and bumper plates, kettlebells, sleds, light and heavy deadballs, boxes, dumbbells, ropes, assault bikes and more.
The class is 45 minutes and every exercise can be scaled to suit your ability. Our trainers all hold current Level 1 Crossfit Coaches certificates.


HIGH INTENSITY
INTERVAL TRAINING
At Riddlers, we understand HIIT plays a key role in improving both physical and mental performance. It helps build endurance, resilience, and discipline while supporting Muay Thai training through increased fitness, recovery, and work capacity. The intensity of these sessions also pushes mental limits, helping members develop focus, toughness, and consistency both in and out of the gym.
