MUAY THAI

Riddlers Gym’s Muay Thai classes are built around authentic technique and real fight training. Sessions focus on striking, timing and conditioning through pad work, drills and controlled sparring. Whether you are training for fitness or competition, the structure supports steady progression. You will develop confidence, resilience and high-level skill in every session.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes focus on grappling, control and submission-based training. Sessions are structured to develop technique, positioning and awareness through drilling and live rolling. Training improves both physical ability and mental problem solving. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

OUR KIDS CLASSES

Our Kids and Teens classes are designed to build confidence, discipline and coordination in a supportive environment. Sessions focus on fundamental techniques while keeping training engaging and structured. Students develop respect, focus and physical fitness over time. STRENGTH & HIIT

Riddlers Gym’s Strength and Conditioning classes are designed to improve overall performance and physical capability. Sessions use a mix of functional training, weights and conditioning work. Training supports both general fitness and fight preparation. Members build strength, endurance and power through structured programs.
