STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Our Strength & Conditioning classes will give you the ultimate body work out. With new up to date functional training, this class will challenge you every step of the way.
We have an indoor and outdoor, fully matted area, totally approx 200sqm. Equipment includes a full rig for squatting and body weight exercises, rowers, barbells and bumper plates, kettlebells, sleds, light and heavy deadballs, boxes, dumbbells, ropes, assault bikes and more.
The class is 45 minutes and every exercise can be scaled to suit your ability. Our trainers all hold current Level 1 Crossfit Coaches certificates.
